Hot Tub/Spa Cleaning Services

All services are carried out strictly in accordance with Health & Safety Executive Legislation No HSG282 [Control of Legionella and Other Infectious Agents in Spa-Pools] and water hygiene safety industry standards.  Every attendance is recorded and made available to the customer on request.  Any advisories are notified to the customer immediately.

  • Visual interior and exterior inspection of hot tub and spa water

  • Remove filter(s), chemical soak & low power jet wash

  • Full drain, interior cleaned and descaled, rinsed and vacuumed to remove any residual water

  • Refill to correct level, sanitise and chemically balance water 

  • Filters refitted

  • Cover and accessories checked and cleaned

  • Controls set to correct time, date and temperature

  • Final chemical balance check

  • Our Refresh Service is available to customers who have agreed regular attendance arrangements

  • Visual interior and exterior inspection of hot tub and spa water

  • Chemical system flush

  • Full drain, interior cleaned and descaled, rinsed and vacuumed to remove any residual water

  • Refill to correct level, sanitise and chemically balance water

  • Replacement filters supplied and fitted (HSG282 compliant)

  • Cover and accessories checked and cleaned

  • Controls set to correct time, date and temperature

  • Final chemical balance check

  • Our Refresh Service is available to customers who have agreed regular attendance arrangements

  • Complete system flush

  • Full drain and residual water vacuumed from pipework, and all other areas and components

  • Interior, cabinet and cover thoroughly cleaned

  • Filters, spa pillows and all other accessories removed, cleaned and stored separately

  • Drain plugs loosened and pump bled (where applicable)

  • Isolator switch set to 'OFF'

  • Purchase of suitable cover for extra protection highly recommended

  • Internal and external visual inspection

  • All unions and drain plugs re-secured

  • Internal and external deep clean including jets and blowers

  • Fresh water system purge and refill checking for any leaks and rectifying 

  • Filters and accessories check and refitted

  • Sanitiser added and chemicals balanced

  • Controls set to correct time, date and termperature

  • Final chemical balance check, cover refitted and spa left ready to use
