Hot Tub/Spa Cleaning Services

All services are carried out strictly in accordance with Health & Safety Executive Legislation No HSG282 [Control of Legionella and Other Infectious Agents in Spa-Pools] and water hygiene safety industry standards.  Every attendance is recorded and made available to the customer on request.  Any advisories are notified to the customer immediately.

Hot Tub Valet

Quarterly Valet Service

  • Exterior and interior inspection of hot tub/spa

  • Condition and full function check

  • Filter(s) removed, cleaned with proprietary solution, jet washed on low power, rinsed and refitted

  • Full drain, all surfaces cleaned and descaled, rinsed and vacuumed to remove any residual water

  • Refilled to correct level, sanitised and chemically balanced

  • Cover and accessories checked and cleaned

  • Controls set to correct date, time and temperature

  • Final chemical balance check and final inspection

  • Our Refresh Service is available to customers who have agreed regular attendance arrangements

Deep Clean

Annual Deep Chemical System Flush Service

  • Exterior and interior inspection of hot tub/spa

  • Condition and full function check

  • Complete system chemical flush

  • Full drain, all surfaces cleaned and descaled, rinsed and vacuumed to remove any residual water

  • Refill to correct level, sanitised and chemically balanced

  • HSG282 compliant replacement filters supplied and fitted (additional cost)

  • Cover and accessories checked and cleaned

  • Controls set to correct date, time and temperature

  • Final chemical balance check and final inspection

Decommission

Winterisation/Decommission

  • Exterior and interior inspection of hot tub/spa

  • Condition and full function check

  • Complete system chemical flush

  • Full drain and residual water vacuumed from pipework and all other areas and components to prevent damage from freezing

  • Interior, cabinet and cover thoroughly cleaned

  • Filters, spa pillows and all other accessories removed, cleaned and stored separately

  • Unions and drain plugs loosened, and pump bled where applicable

  • Isolator switch set to 'OFF'

  • Purchase of suitable cover for extra protection highly recommended

Recommission

Spring Re-Opening/Recommission

  • Exterior and interior inspection

  • All unions and drain plugs re-secured

  • Internal and external deep clean including all jets and blowers

  • Fresh water system purge and refill checking for any leaks 

  • Filters and accessories check and refitted

  • Sanitiser added and chemicals balanced

  • Controls set to correct date, time and termperature

  • Final chemical balance check, final inspection, cover refitted and spa left ready to use
